Nesting
Nestxd's nesting feature optimizes the process of fitting preferred parts to a specific container with the goal of efficiency and material utilization. Multiple configurations allows users to complete work orders for different parts while also maximizing efficiency and lowering cost.

Unfolding
Nestxd's fast geometric unfolding feature allows the user to unfold complex shell surfaces. The result can be exported or used further in the nesting and packing options.
Wrapping
Nestxd computes minimum enclosing shapes for various types such as rectangle, trapezoid, parallelogram, chevron etc. This feature is also used to generate optimum cutoff dies or for packing different types of shape in containers.
Blanking
Nestxd generates best in class blanking layouts while allowing the user to create custom layouts with single and multiple rows as well as single and multiple parts. This feature is best utilized for blanking dies, progressive dies as well as laser blanking dies.
